Evening Movement Healing
For four weeks we will be hosting Evening Movement Healing at Legler Library from 6-7pm at 115 S. Pulaski. This session will be led by our founder, Ram! This event is free and open to the public (all levels & ages) and will be located in the basement of the library. Up to 12 mats are provided. Feel free to ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing that empowers you!
Pole & Self- Expression Class
On March 16th at 5:30pm we are collaborating with Stiletto Heals to provide pole and self expression class led by our founder, Ram! This event is located 5901 W. Irving Road. (The rate for this class is on a sliding scale and limited to members of Stiletto Heals and those who sign up with private message on instagram)
